What we're all about..
Sitting down one day I decided that my life needs more meaning, and that I want to help people. I am someone who has lost weight, and I would have not done it without the tips and tricks shared by my friends and family. It can be extremely difficult to find good ways to lose weight that are effective. I have decided to put all of these things together in attempt to help those who feel stuck and lost with their weight loss journey. There are countless ways to make it much more of a lifestyle rather than a strict weight loss journey. From recipes for smoothies, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, everything- in attempt to makeover your life.
I personally am following a vegan lifestyle. It is definitely more than just a diet or a trend, but it is a lifestyle with serious health benefits. However, I don't just want my audience to be strictly vegans. I want to open it up to more than that, teaching everyone my weight loss tips and tricks. Don't be shy! My posts will be centered around a plant based lifestyle, but it will still be possible to incorporate the meat and dairy products for those of you who do not want to go fully vegan. After all, it's better to be 80% plant based rather than not trying at all.
I will post everything from recipes to blog posts about this lifestyle. It is possible to lose weight while still keeping up with your life, going out with friends, and enjoying life. I would not call weight loss a diet. I would much rather call it a lifestyle. You aren't dieting to lose weight, you are changing your life for the better, implementing routines in your life that will drop your pounds, rather than you purposefully trying to lose weight. It would be life hitting your goal weight without trying! Just keep up with these different tips that I will share with you under 'Blog Posts' and 'Recipes', and you will be on your way to success!
